How to manage sharp, shooting pain along a rib
Over the past year and a half, I’ve gotten to experience sharp, shooting pain that seems to be between my ribs (different ribs so it’s not an injury). There doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason when I experience it. Any suggestions on what it could be (not costochondritis) and how to not jump/jerk when it happens?

, I'm not familiar with much for rib pain aside from costochondritis, of course my knowledge is very limited on the topic (and I'm not a doctor). What does your doctor say about your symptoms?
