I am currently on Low Dose Naltrexone. It has made a big difference in my life. I also have fibromyalgia,chronic fatigue , neuropathy and hypercalcemia . This has helped all the issues. I am sensitive to medication, so started on a low dose. At 1.5. I look at information and videos from LDN research.com . It helps alot . Its only thing worked for me.
